The only thing I’m disappointed about was I brought the set it didn’t contain the gadget to close the bags … which I believe should have been part of the purchase..

Love them all the one thing is I didn’t get a clip closer with the first two I purchased?
Since then I’ve purchased two more?
No clip closers?
I have had carpal tunnel done in both of my hands and it’s very hard to try and grip them and close them without the air in them and then use the other thingy to take the air out!
If you could forward me on one of those clips that would be wonderful thank you love your work love the fact that they come from Australia and even better from Queensland thank you Carol Ford.

I am very impressed with this product. I did have an issue in that my unit would not recharge. I contacted the company (specifically Chris the CEO) and it was passed onto the customer service people. It took longer than I would have liked, with emails going back and forth (and a couple getting lost in my system somewhere) but we got there in the end. They sent me a new unit, even though it seems it was the cable that was faulty. Apart from the length of time (2-3 weeks) it took to get sorted, I was happy with the communication and the outcome.
Shipping was prompt as well which is always a bonus!
I am glad to be able to use the product again at last!!
If anyone has any great solutions to getting the bags dry quickly after washing, I would be very happy to hear about it!

Love this vacuum sealer, it's not bulky, it's easy to use, my only criticism is it didn't come with a mini tool to seal the bag before the vacuum seal, I have arthritis in my hands and would find it easier to close the bag with one. I thoroughly recommend this product.

I was pretty sceptical of this being just another fad item I saw on the internet! But I needed a vac seal that was small and compact, and I liked the idea of the reusable bags! OMG! Game changer for camping!!! On our long trip away off grid we were able to vac seal the meat we bought in towns we passed through/ left overs! It takes up no space like my previous bulky mains power one! Highly recommend!!!

I considered buying this for a couple months when I finally decided to give it a go. I don't know if the machine i received is faulty but despite following the instructions, it doesn't start vacuuming out the air. I have to readjust it multiple times before it finally does what it's meant to. Mine hasn't been at all like the convenience shown in any of the promotional videos

I have only just started using these bags and they are so easy to use… my only issue is I did not receive the closing clip and after reading other reviews it appears it’s a common occurrence for the clip to be missing from orders

Followed instructions and sealed two bags, appeared to keep well sealed for a day or two then gradually let air in.

I purchased the Turbo seal Pro meat lovers bundle as we were heading off in the boat for a two week getaway and would be ideal for the fish we catch... I was very excited to use once it arrived ( which was very quick) but once recharging was needed I felt there was something wrong. So after some backwards and forwards with customer service it was agreed that it was to be replaced. After a video send of showing the Turbo seal not working a new one was sent out.
Thankyou for your support and quick send out of the new item...highly recommended.

It’s possible to close the bags without this but it helps, probably should come standard with the Sealing unit.

So good, meat keeps with no freezer burn, easy to use and soooo much space on the freezer now

I really love this product. I use it both at home and when camping. My only issue is I find them hard to open when sealed. Maybe a higher piece in the middle of the sealed area (like a bell curve shape) for more area to hold to open.

This makes my life so much easier. I am on a gut health program and I prep my food each week. Meat, vege, fruit - all goes in a bag, seals it up and stays fresher for longer - no more wastage. Worth every penny

We travel full time in our van and this has been so convenient instead of getting bigger vac seal out.

The nozzle is poorly designed. Even applying light pressure to seal the bags has caused stress fractures in the plastic, making the sealing function fail completely. The design needs urgent review, and this faulty part should be replaced free of charge.

Bought the camping pro had nothing but problems with the bag not working the pump just doesn't vacuum the bag, hit and miss tried all the bags some work sometimes other not at all.
Very frustrating definitely not worth purchasing your frustration levels will peak.

We received the pack, once we tried it at home, it was very hard to get the seal for it to work straight away, usually after about 5 try's it does work. Definitely didn't work as indicated.

I just bought a 2nd set of the sealer pump and bags as my daughter wants to borrow(steal) mine all the time so now she gets to have her own. I used to throw away a lot of food that I didn't have the time to eat or forgot about. I am just about to go into hospital for an operation and pre-bought a lot of food that would just go off by the time I will return from hospital. But now I sealed it all in bags and won't be so dependent on friends having to go shopping for me. The only negative thing for me is that due to my arthritis I find it hard to close the bags, they really should come with a closer. Otherwise - the pump lasts forever before needing a recharge and I am just a total fan by now - not missing the freezer burns at all haha!

I have had 12 other brands of food sealer but this one is 100% better than both of them
The bags are very good quality and the small sealer does the job so much better and very easy to use. I have 3 different size bags to cover all options plus the slider Excellent totally recommend - thank you

Only used it a few times so far but looking forward to using it more next year and when we travel it will come in handy for storing meat and veg while traveling.

We are loving having the seal it for all our travels as we are off grid at times. Saves a lot of space in the fridge.

Saves on space and because I got the different sizes, I have plenty of bags to store even just half a banana. No longer have to throw anything out.

Fantastic goods, received today and have already utlised. Easily the best buy this year.

Only seems to work for a couple of bags before it needs recharging.
