Shipping Origin

All orders are now shipped from our new warehouse on the Sunshine Coast, QLD Australia.

Shipping Times (via Australia Post Standard Delivery)

  • Australia: 2–6 business days
  • New Zealand: 5–8 business days

Please note: These are estimated timeframes and may vary due to customs processing or unforeseen carrier delays.

Shipping Fees

  • FREE standard shipping on all orders over $100 AUD
  • Flat-rate shipping fees apply for orders under $100 AUD.
  • Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.

Order Processing

All orders are generally processed the following day after payment is confirmed. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery progress through the Australia Post tracking system or relevant international partner carriers.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs office for more details. If customs fees are refused and the item is destroyed or returned, a refund may not be issued.

  • We are not responsible for courier delays, including those caused by Australia Post.
