Seal It Returns & Warranty Policy
30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. If your Seal It product isn't suitable, you can request a return. For any change of mind purchases or returns that you wish to claim through our money back guarantee scheme are at the expense of the customer. If your product is faulty or damaged Seal It will reimburse you the standard return shipping fee via PayPal or Bank Transfer unless a return shipping label is provided by us.
To be eligible, your item must be:
- Returned with no more than 50% of the supplied products used.
- Returned with original packaging and all included components.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your vacuum sealer or bags are damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
Exchanges
To get a different item quickly, return your current product and place a new order once your return is accepted.
12-Month Warranty
All Seal It products are backed by a 12-month replacement warranty covering manufacturing defects. If your vacuum sealer or bags are faulty within this period, contact us and we’ll arrange a replacement or suitable solution.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
