Shipping

Free shipping on orders over $100. Under that, the cost is calculated at checkout before you pay — you'll see it on the final step, no surprises.

Current delivery timeframes for your location are set out in our shipping policy, which is the page we keep up to date. We ship across Australia and internationally — if your country appears at checkout, we can ship there.

Tracking your order

You'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves us. Track it at Australia Post.

If it's been longer than the shipping policy says and you haven't heard anything, email us with your order number — don't wait it out. We'd much rather chase it for you.

Afterpay

Yes, we accept Afterpay. Choose it at checkout and pay in four instalments. All the usual card options are there too.

Discount codes

Enter your code in the discount box at checkout, before payment. One code per order. If a code isn't working, check it hasn't expired and that your order meets any minimum — then email us and we'll sort it rather than let you miss out.
