The nozzle is poorly designed. Even applying light pressure to seal the bags has caused stress fractures in the plastic, making the sealing function fail completely. The design needs urgent review, and this faulty part should be replaced free of charge.

Good news mate, we have changed the nozzle to a much higher quality PC plastic. These rolled out about 2 weeks ago. Any damaged nozzles we are of course replacing for free. I will organise this to be sent out today.

Had trouble with distorted nozzle, Sealit replaced immediately, no fuss. We love our Seali, use it every day. It keeps our food and leftovers stored perfectly. Thanx heaps for gr8 support. Sid

The plastic nozzle is no longer doing the job. Do you have replacement parts. As I purchased so many bags do I need to order and machine..

It sounds like the nozzle developed a little hairline crack & it looks like Lester has organised for a new nozzle to be sent out to you.

Very happy with product. Sometime I find it difficult to get the seal started, even when zipped tight.
Any tips?

It sounds like there is to much air in the bag to start, try manually compressing the bag that way it will visually start sealing right away. Reach out if you get any questions or need some help :)
