Turbo Seal Pro - Nozzle Replacement

The nozzle is poorly designed. Even applying light pressure to seal the bags has caused stress fractures in the plastic, making the sealing function fail completely. The design needs urgent review, and this faulty part should be replaced free of charge.

I was given my sealit as a gift 12 months ago used it once worked well.
I even purchased heaps more bags in a variety of sizes as we are going g on a road trip shortly. Just took it out charged it fully and it would not form any suction , I noticed a hairline crack in nozzle. Would like to purchase spare parts but there is no way to do so .🙃😳Problematic design and I really wish spare parts were available as now my sealit is useless.

Had trouble with distorted nozzle, Sealit replaced immediately, no fuss. We love our Seali, use it every day. It keeps our food and leftovers stored perfectly. Thanx heaps for gr8 support. Sid
